He takes you on a journey through Greek culture and cooking using local ingredients. It was more than just eating food with Nick. His service was always fantastic and he really went above and beyond to make sure every meal was special, despite the difficult kitchen setup. The food was always delicious and on point. He was super flexible and always managed to get the best ingredients, sometimes even on short notice. He fulfilled every request we had regarding the food we wanted. Manos prepared lovely meals, artfully, efficiently and well. The options were good and food plentiful.  So, we had nice leftovers each day to snack on.  We especially liked his homemade spanakopitas. Manos, is a polite, lovely young man and native of Paros.  We all enjoyed meeting him, sharing stories, and having him with our group of eight every morning!
