The food was always delicious and on point. He was super flexible and always managed to get the best ingredients, sometimes even on short notice. He fulfilled every request we had regarding the food we wanted. Some highlights were the marinated anchovies, lobster pasta, and grilled seafood. Highly recommend!

Chef Skandalis sent Manos, a private chef to prepare breakfasts in our villa during our five day stay on Paros. Manos prepared lovely meals, artfully, efficiently and well. The options were good and food plentiful. So, we had nice leftovers each day to snack on. We especially liked his homemade spanakopitas. Manos, is a polite, lovely young man and native of Paros. We all enjoyed meeting him, sharing stories, and having him with our group of eight every morning! We highly recommend his services.
