His food is incredible as well as his explanations of why he prepares the food in a particular way. We were so impressed with not only the service, the taste and experience that we decided to hire Nick for a second night. We chose a completely different menu for the second experience and we were blown away. My wife and I have experienced private chefs before while we travel and Nick’s culinary expertise and food preparation is some of the best we have ever had. First of all, his dinner service was very well done and he was both engaged and invisible as the evening progressed based on what the guests were doing. The food was simply amazing - honestly one of the best meals we had in Paros (which is high praise considering we ate at some wonderful restaurants). He selected local fresh ingredients (many grown at his family’s garden/farm) and his traditional dishes were both authentic while having a unique twist and delicious. I’ve hired many private chefs and have to say I haven’t had a better experience than the one we had with Chef Skan!
